Hi Team,
We have 2 Cube routers model Number 3845. Recently 1 router went down. After this incident 2 transcoders status showing "Unknown "from CUCM. We have replace the router model no ISR 4431.
Nothing changed.
Can you help me out How to reset the SCCP port.
