Troubleshooting Oracle performance Problem

Hi,

I'm in a situation whereby i cldn't identify the oracle performance issue during peak office is due to systems or network problem. How can i approach the testing on the network side to prove it's ok or not?

I'm in this same situation. Oracle appears to have some performance issues but not enough to be causing the network degradation that we're experiencing. I'm wondering if you got any help on this. Do you have any resolution?

No.

I guess the factors are too many and wonder how can we 1st identy whether it's a network, systems, appalication or database problem.
