Hi:

I have two branch ofices connected by E1, but i have a problem; when i send a ping to this one branch office the pinging is the following:

Reply from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: TTL expired in transit.

How can identify what is the problem, because i transmit voice for the same link and we dón´t have problems whit this, only for transmit data.

It appears that you have a routing loop somewhere in you topology.

You could use traceroute to help you narrow down between which two routers the routing loop is.
