We have two Ciscoworks boxes (1 for IDS, 1 for routers/switches) and we had to upgrade one to recover from a bug. The one we upgraded is now using a newer java version (1.4.1_02) and now we have problems accessing the old box from the same workstation.
Reviewing previous posts, I found a comment that talks about this but I don't see the option. It stated:
"If you have older version of CW, you need to install both 1.4.1_02 and 1.3.1, and then toggle between the two using the "browser" tab in 1.4.1_02."
This might fix the problem but I don't see where to change this. Anyone experienced this before?
