unable to configure ciscoview

Hey,

WE are monitoring the network with whatsupgold,

i installed ciscoworks for windows 6.1 ,i am getting the problem after the installation .

I am unable to configure the ciscoview.

Is it any necessary to give the snmp read and write strings in our router .we have only read strings configured .

If yes which strings i have to give .please help me

At min, you need the RO strings. RW strings are needed only if you want make any changes to the device via the GUI later.
