When I download the latst NAM upgrade, the link says I'm downloading nam-app.3-3-1.bin.gz but the actual file name is nam-app.3-3-1.bin[1].

When I try to upgrade I get this error:

ftp://172.18.60.6/nam-app.3-3-1.bin[1] (43857K)

/tmp/upgrade.gz [########################] 43857K | 11486.34K/s

44910504 bytes transferred in 3.82 sec (11485.77k/sec)

ERROR: /tmp/upgrade.gz: not in gzip format

The actual file is indeed in .gz format, so once you download it, do not unzip it before doing the upgrade. The error 'not in gzip format' is due to the fact that you have a bad download of the file. Check the file size in bytes to that listed on the CCO download page and you'll see that they dont match. CCO lists 44527090 bytes, were yours is different. Try downloading via ftp from CCO instead and then do the upgrade.
