Unconnected device in ani

Hello

I cant get information from switches which are in different vtp domain than others that work well in Cisco works campus manager and user tarcking. Ani server founds them but they are in unconnected topology view and cdp dont give any information about neighbors and end users. Also synchrozination dont work to rme. But adding those devices to rme goes OK. Devices are cisco switches WS-C2950G-24-EI and WS-C4506 (XPC8245) Any ideas.

What IOS versions are you running? Also ensure you have the latest IDU installed and that the devices are on the supported device list for the version of CM you have.

Problem solved. Snmp strings were wrong. Fortunately ani supports multiple snmp strings. Thanks anyway.
