Which MIB provides trap definition for OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1 received from CISCO ASR model 1002. (see below)

Could you post your running config?

 

Also, what SW version are you using?

 

You might have traps configured for these specific OIDs.

Just done a quick research, and it looks like this OID refers to the OLD-CISCO-TCP-MIB:

Try disabling traps for TTY:

 

no snmp-server enable traps tty
