(Urgent!) International Quality and Standards Documents

Hi,

I need International Quality and Standards Documents for Cisco 2610-xm router and Cisco 2950-24 switch. Also I need introductory (pdf) documents for the two. I searched through Cisco and Google but found no results. Where can I obtain these documents?
