URT 2.5 automatic update of client

I understand that Win2K and Win XP locks down the Winnt/system32 directory, which is where the URT Admin server pushes the 2.5 client (onoffhandler.exe). I have a requirement to roll out the client to ~17,000 machines. The only way I have been able to get the client onto the local machine is to logon as administrator which has all rights to the /system32 dir. Is there any other way of installing the 2.5 client on XP or 2000 as a user, not an administrator ?

Hi - I think that you do need admin privileges to install the URT client on XP and 2K boxes. After that the service runs as a Local System service so will just carry on happily.

That is a massive deployment, so you plan on scripting it? Good luck.
