User Tracking in CW !!!

Hi all,

I have question regarding the USer tracking , last week i added a new 6509 switch device to RME , when i had problems with a particular PC connected to one of the port i tried looking it up in the user Tracking ,wont find the PC connected to this switch POrt , Is there any way to add an individual Host in User tracking , If not is there any other way ..

You may need to wait for a scheduled major acquisition in order for the new switch's connected hosts to be populated in the UT db.

You can override the process for a given subnet or device if you want data to be collected in an ad hoc fashion. See your local help file on:
