We are about to move to a new office where we will eventually have a full T1 line. Since the T1 line will take over one month to install, we plan to get an ADSL line as a stop-gap, and then keep it as backup. I am assuming the ADSL install will come with some sort of modem with a single 10-100 ethernet port.
I am looking to buy a 1721 router with a WIC-1DSU-T1. If I also get a WIN-1ENET will I be able to use that to route my ADSL connection until the T1 is up and running? I realize the 1ENET is only 10BT but that's fine as a stopgap.
Once we get the T1, can I keep both WICs? Will the router use both T1 and ADSL simultaneously?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice.
