Insufficient information for an unequivocal response, but the answer is probably yes unless your circuits are to consumer-oriented ISPs. Depending upon your exact requirements, there are many sample configurations here on CCO and elsewhere that will apply, although you'll probably have to use some adaptation unless you're willing to pay a consultant to do the thinking for you.
