utility of loopback on vlan interfaces

Hi Daniel,

well i already passed the command, and the config, references.

In fact i do use loopback as a VSI (e.g. loopback 0 1 etc.) and i am looking to learn more about its interaction/utility with vlan interfaces. (can it makes a non member vlan response to a ping?)
