V.110 dialin connection-speed with GSM/HSCSD

I'm using a Cisco 3640 with Mica modems (tested Portwares 2.7.2.0/2.7.4.0/2.9.4.0) for dial-in to mobile users over GSM/HSCSD. When dialing from the GSM to the Cisco router, I am able to connect only at speed 9600/9600 bps. Connection requests with higher speeds result in error: "Disconnect Reason (0x6210) - EC no fallback protocol available". I am using SonyEricsson T310 mobile.

Can you help me?

Thank's.

It seems the 3640 and AS 5200 does not support GSM/HSCSD and the lowest platform which supports GSM/HSCSD is AS5350. You can find that inforamtion in

Also try the below modemcap entryt
