Hi guys! just like to ask. We have a customer who bought 2 DSL lines from us, one is a VBR-nrt circuit and the other one is a UBR. When he is downloading a 24-Mbit file from the internet, he saw that ping from the UBR circuit going to our ATM router is constant, but with some drops. Pings from their side to our ATM router ranges from 30-50 ms. However, when downloading the same file from the the VBR-nrt line going to the same ATM router (they're both terminated at the same ATM router) latency shoot up from 15-18 ms to 300-500 ms. I checked our configurations on our BPX switches and they're alright. The customer has been complaining of the problem for 3 days now. Thanks in advance for your reply.
