Hi,
When you use PPP and/or Multilink (there are some more stuff also) on box, is uses virtual interfaces to carry PPP. This is a interface just like a plain serial interface. Ordinary interfaces have fixed and virtual-access have dynamic/on demand configurations. Yoy can poke around a config this interface, by using virtual-templates or TACACS/RADIUS.

Hi Jhalldn,
Thank you very much for the reply, actually I'm using ISDN watch software to monitor the number of ISDN calls and their duration and I can also see the Virtual Access1 in the ISDN calls,so I'm not sure why is ISDN Calls reporting Virtual access??
Any ideas will be highly appreciated
