Voice-port shutdown issue

Hi,

I need help!!!

I have a MC3810 router with DVM connected to the PBX via ISDN PRI. When the router reload and there is a voice call over the voice-port 1/1 at the same time, the Voice-port 1/1 will be shut down automatically when the router startup again. I really appreciate if anyone could tell me why and how to avoid this problem.

This situation can be due to the lack of synchronization of the PBX with the Router.Make sure that the PBX is in sync with Router.Check the clock rate setting in the router.
