i think you can do it but not sure...we can put logic like on the far end you need to creat the two tunnel interface...one interface will connect with the VRRP active router and other will connected with the STANDBY router...so normally the tunnel between far end and active router will use and the tunnel between standby and far end router will remain ideal it will be in used then only if the active router will down...so at far end you have to configure such that normally path through the active router will come in to the routing table when the active router is in working...
