Hi,
for which certifikation you learn?
A VTP transparent switch don't participate in VTP with other switches. The switch don#t advertise VTP statments and the switch don't synchronize the own VLAN configuration. A, b, c are corect
...Transparent—VTP transparent switches do not participate in VTP. A VTP transparent switch does not advertise its VLAN configuration and does not synchronize its VLAN configuration based on received advertisements....

Peter,
you are not 100% correct:
VTP transparent switch running VTP ver 1: will simply flood the frame to other Cisco switches IN THE DOMAIN.
VTP transparent switch running VTP ver 2:
no longer checks domain name. This enables support of more than one domain across a transparent domain.
CatOS 7.x introduces the possibility to set VTP to off mode, a mode very similar to transparent. The switch does not forward VTP frames however.
See http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/473/103.html#vlan_trunking_protocol
for details.

Milan
