Warranty Question for Cisco IE-2000-8TC-G-B Industrial Switch

Hello, our client is looking to deploy several dozen Cisco IE-2000-8TC-G-B industrial switches in field cabinets throughout the province. The cabinets all currently have existing industrial switches from a different manufacturer (not Cisco), so our client wants to replace the existing units with the Cisco units.

Each cabinet currently has a Phoenix Contact UPS and power supply powering all of the equipment within the cabinet. We have confirmed that the existing UPS, power supplies, and surge suppressors can handle the load of the Cisco Series 2000 switch, so from an electrical standpoint, there should be no issue with performing a direct swap of the existing switch in each cabinet with the IE-2000-8TC-G-B units.

The question that has come up is as follows:

In order to maintain the product hardware warranty on the new Cisco units, does a Cisco power supply have to be used to power the switch (and if so, can the Cisco power supply also power the remainder of the devices in the cabinet without voiding the Cisco warranty), or can the Cisco switch utilize the existing power supply and UPS for power, while maintaining the hardware warranty of the switch?

Thank you.
