What is mean unthrottled

Hi All,

I would to know what is mean below message when i check router ISR 1000 throughput.

#show platform hardware throughput level

The current throughput level is unthrottled

I believe it means no artificial performance limit is active. I.e. the router will run as fast as it possibly can.
