What management software?

I have a client with about 15 Cisco devices on their LAN and WAN. These are a mixture of 4000 series, 3500 and 3550 series Catalysts and 2600 series routers. The requirements are config management (preferably through a GUI), error message reporting, bandwidth stats and topology maps.

Cisco Works for Windows seems an obvious choice, with SolarWinds as a competitor.

If anyone with experience of either of these products could let me know their thoughts I would appreciate it.

Thanks, David

Not familier with Solarwinds much but CW2000 can easily do all the above mentioned things in your question via GUI.

Solarwinds is a decent product...well worth the cost. It is much easier to set up than CW and can run on just about any Windows box.

I use both Solarwinds and CW2000. Each has its merits, but for VLAN support then CW beats Solarwinds hands down.
