We need to configure the Cisco VoIP phones for a Lab project and what you see in the attachment is all the equipment that we have. We currently
have the software called Cisco Unified Contact Center Express and we are not sure if this is the right software because it is not working. We were
wounding if you guys have step by step how to install this Cisco Unified Contact Center Express software if this is the correct one. If this is not the
correct software, can you give us some knowledge of what software to use and how to install it. Our number one goal is that, what software do we use
to configure the Cisco VoIP phones and our next goal is what are the steps to install the software. Please help us out we are very confuse and tried
everything. Thanks
