I have this issue on one of my asr9k routers. pmo4 & pmo12. re-seating these made no difference. so swapped pmo4 with pmo0 and pmo12 with pmo8. I am now seeing alarms for pmo0 and pmo8 should I be looking to replace these pmo's ?
