Hi!
I wonder why OSPF is the better choice instead of using RIP nowadays? Which advantages does OSPF have? Is there any part that OSPF is missing that RIP use?

Interesting question. I'd say that OSPF is more efficient then RIP but not necessarily better.
Let's say you have a small network with less fancy router. Then RIP is 'better' then OSPF. Of course if the network is huge, then, RIP would be a wrong option.
In terms of feature RIP is a hop count protocol whilst OSPF is a link-state protocol. Then, OSPF is smarter and well prepared to avoid loops. But this comes with a price. You need more data, more memory, CPU, etc.
