I need to install more memory in a 2610 router.
I have a spare "MEM3620-16D". The DRAM part number for my 2600 box comes up "MEM2600-16D="...
Can I use the spare 3600 DIMM in the 2600 box....
thx

I feel it can be used in 2600.

Here's what I could find on the net (google search).
The 2610-262x routers use a Nx32 EDO DIMM (non parity)
The 3640 uses a non-EDO single-bank SIMM , 60ns parity or non-parity
(64bit chips with chips on both sides of SIMM)
The 3620 uses a non-EDO dual-bank SIMM , 60ns parity or non-parity
(32bit chips with chips on one side of SIMM)
HTH .... please correct if this info is wrong.
