working with Cat 5505 image

I have catalyst 5505 with 2 supervisorIII card configured as standby with firmware ver 3.1(2) and CATOS cat5000-sup3.4-1-2.bin with 32MB DRAM and 8 MB on board Flash.

I tried to upgrade image to cat5000-sup3.5-5-10.bin

image is uploaded properly accrodingly set boot sytem command is enterd.

on reseting the module, it is not booting, displays following message:

*** TLB (Load/Fetch)Exception. ***

Access address =0xc

Pc=0x8002f64, cause 0x8008 , Status reg =0x24419922

monitor: command boot aborted due to exception.

can nay body help me?

As I know, since firmware ver is 3.1, we cant go for console download,If I need to reload the image, i feel i will need a pc flash card, can I use 1600 router pcmcia flash card to write the image from working supervisor and boot the standby one using boot slot0 command,

Also Is it possible to download the image to standby supervisor which is in ROmmon mode, from the active supevisor?
