WS-C2960+24PC-L Error

Hi,

can you please support me in this issue.
after upgrading the ios image of my cisco switch WS-C2960+24PC-L ,after the reload I get this occurrence error and I cannot take controle to the switch

I guess the problem is being solved by now. Anyway as I had the same difficulties with switch WS-C2960+24LC-S I´ve tried to boot different images and the newest image that works is "c2960-lanlitek9-mz.150-2.SE11.bin".
