is it possible to connect two routers' bri ports back to back?

i've done this with wicT1 and ethernet, but how about a pair of bri's?

if so, what's the cable setup?

thanks,

No,This is not possible. You will need an ISDN simulator to connect them.

Unfortunately not. The router (BRI = TE1) has no ISDN switch software and will not talk to another TE1 with or without NT1/NT2 etc.

see www.kccommunications.com/public/GDC%20ISDN%20summary.ppt

There are a few ISDN switch emulation products available, but they are expensive.

best of luck !
