My Question
Do we have companies which provide remote technical support for router/switch/similar network devices installation configuration and maintainence..e.g..we have offshore software outsourcing companies(Indian n Pakistanis)
Well surely we have companies which provide remote support for linux/windows servers
BUT
Do we have offshore companies doing that for network devices...
I know everything that has an IP can be configured remotely..but from biz view point are companies into this and is it good biz..
