Error -105 during upgrade of Cisco Works

I am upgrading from CD-One 5th Edition to Common Services Version 2.2 and I get an error message when trying to upgrade. The message is as follows:

An error occured during the move data process: -105

Component: Mcdbase

File Group:

File:

This happens at 32% of the installation during the "Installing Database Package" portion of install. Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks like you're running into CSCea04317. Workaorund would be to do a clean install on CS2.2 rather then doing an upgrade

And by clean install you mean uninstalling LMS2.1 completely and loose all data? It would be nice if this information was available somewhere in the information for bug CSCea04317. It is great that it has been verified but some more detailed information on how to proceed would have been great too.
