Does anybody explain me what the SIS is, from the point of view of customer?
Our reseller firm offer us a product which is SIS enable however no SIS payment is expected from us. They said that we do not pay any money for the SIS98 aggrement fee.
I was confused, what is SIS98 and will it cover full-time/whole-life guarantee?
