How to fix "Can't set restart-delay for this interface" ?

Hi, sir

have 7206VXR:

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 12.0(19990210:195103) [12.0XE 105], DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE

BOOTLDR: 7200 Software (C7200-BOOT-M), Version 12.0(10)S, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software

IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-IS56I-M), Version 12.1(15), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

There is message below when reload:

%SYS-4-CONFIG_NEWER: Configuration from version 12.1 may not be correctly understood

Can't set restart-delay for this interface

Can't set restart-delay for this interface

The serial restart-delay will allow the user to set the amount of time the router

will wait before re-trying to bring up a serial interface. If the default value of the

restart-delay is 0 then user is not allowed to change that value. That is why in

this case you were getting the message. It is normal and should not affect the router
