IOS 12.3(8)T1 on SOHO 91

I've been browsing different pages about caveats, release notes and also looking at info in the Feature Navigator tool comparing 12.3(7)T1 and 12.3(8)T1 but still unable to find what changed in the new release. Some of the 12.3(8)T1 release notes I've read dealt with higher end devices and did not specify anything about the SOHO or 800 series.

My customer does not currently need any new features but I need to know if there are important bug fixes and weather I should upgrade the image. Bottom line is I don't want to potentially cause problems by upgrading if it's not necessary.

Does anyone know a link where I can find this info?

The higher version definitely have some bug fixes. Coming to take decision, follow this link and see the Customer presentation or VoD for 12.3(8)T. It clearly mentions about new features introduced into 12.3(8)T. If you require them, then go for it.

I still can not find the list of bug fixes however. Do they even publish such a thing?

I watched the presentation and indeed there are some cool features but none of them are needed at this time and all we need to know is WHAT bug fixes are included in the new 12.3(8)T1.

Finally found it. All this time, it was right there easily accessible, in the main page for IOS software downloads, link at the bottom "IOS Documentation".
