IOS Ugradie Problem 801 Router

Hello,

i got an old Cisco 801 Router from the company i work because they dont have any use for it!

Now i wanted to do an IOS-Upgrade, but i have a problem upgrading the IOS from TFTP-Server!

I am doing exactly the way how it is discribes in the cisco sheet fpr ios upgrade:

who can tell me what the following erro means, and what could cause it!!

Hi,

Could be not enough space on flash (did you erase it prior to copying the new image).

More likely though, it is the router doesn't have enough RAM for the image you are trying to copy. Check that out. You could try a different image.

Lastly, it could be the tftp server you are using (unlikely though)-try tftpd32-http://tftpd32.jounin.net/

now i tried to upload the ios by xmodem,

but there i have the same problem

It always stops at the same number of transfered

bytes!

What could the problem be?

Can I solve it anyway or should I

give up hope!

Does anybody know a solution for my problem?
