I installed 4-port T1 ATM Network Module with IMA in 3640 routers to connect three T1 line do I need external CSU/DSU?

NM-4T1-IMA has Integrated CSU/DSU. On T1 versions has integrated CSU/DSU and on and E1 versions has integrated DSU.
