Hi,
I have a 3640 and 2 PCMCIA flash memory cards of 20MB each. I have an IOS of 32MB. Is there any way to "merge" the 2 20MB flash memory cards into 1 virtual 40MB memory card and install my 32MB IOS?
thank you

As far as I know you cannot merge both flash cards. Some months ago I also had to upgrade Flash in my 3640 to install a new large IOS. I had to buy internal Flash.

Here you are a link when you can read "Unlike Flash memory modules installed directly on the mainboard of the router, multiple PCMCIA Flash devices do not coalesce into one contiguous block of memory. It is therefore important to note that when loading large files into PCMCIA Flash, such files cannot span across more than one device."
