Problem with getting statistics "modem in use" for Cisco 3620

I can't get stat via this OID (SNMP report - "not found")

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.3.0

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.2.0

Why?

IOS IOS (tm) 3600 Software (C3620-I-M), Version 12.1(5)T5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

30 Mica Modem work with ISDN PRI.

What IOS supported this OID?

How to get statistics without this OID?? Any idea?

The above OIDs are from the CISCO-POP-MGMT-MIB. You need to first verify using the CCO MIB Locator Tool (http://www.cisco.com/go/mibs), that your IOS image indeed has this MIB present, other wise you won' get any thing back for the poll. What is the image name of your IOS above/feature set?

I resolved my problem, i upgraded IOS to 12.2 and this work.
