router 1761 loop at rommon when I enter one character

Hi all,

I have problem with router 1761

after accessing rommon mode I can't write command , it apply one single character then repeat this character of his own and prevent me from enter any command

any can help for this issue ?

Try changing the console baud rate speed and test

actually I tried all rates before posting my issue here , but the result was as expected strange ascii text ... so I hope to find out more solutions here ,

Can you also try a different terminal emulator?

Putty is free but SecureCRT is usually a better application.

I tested them all (Teraterm, Putty, HT, SecureCRT) , but all have the same issue ... as you can see in the attached picture I just input one character then terminal going to crazy and repeat the character and access loop do not stop unless I enter break seq,
