Hi mates :)

is it possible to permanently set the clock on catalyst switches so we can get the time even after we restart the switch?

It is really disturbing to re-set the clock after each shutdown-power on.

if possible could you help me with the correct command syntax on IOS please ?

some cisco devices have a calendar chip so that they remember time over a reboot and other devices do not. Probably the best solution is to run NTP. If you have connection from your network to the public internet there are quite a few NTP servers available. If you do not have internet access then you can use some device in your network with reliable time to serve as the NTP master.

Configuring basic NTP is quite simple. The IOS command is ntp server . There are other options which can be used. But this should get you going.
