I wonder if it's possible to see all bandwidth stats that is traversing all switch interfaces in an IOS or CatOS switch? I want to see something like the output of a typical "show interfaces" command but with stats for all aggregate traffic. Is there a way to do this with a Cisco command?

I would suggest you use a SNMP and a network management program to graph traffic utilisation. If cost is an issue you could use MRTG which is free
