Hi,
A customer has asked us to investigate their QOS policy at a particular site which is currently deployed via APIC-EM. The switches are 3650's and the first thing i noticed was under the policy 2P6Q3T the following class;
class prm-EZQOS_2P6Q3T#VOICE-PQ1
priority level 1 percent 1
Now 1% seemed a bit low to me, I did some digging and found some Cisco material from 2016 stating this was correct, okay problem solved...however. When doing a policy preview on said device in APIC-EM it at first says there are no changes required then if I run it again shows among other things the following;
class prm-EZQOS_2P6Q3T#VOICE-PQ1
priority level 1 percent 10
This would match the CVD_QUEUING_PROFILE and also the later documentation;

My question is has anyone come across this behavior before? It seems to be happening among multiple switches at this site. Does it warrant logging a call with TAC?
