Yup that's normal , these new IOS's are over 48 meg in size and if you have it set up to perform complete diagnostics as you said it takes around 10 minutes . I personally believe this is something they need to work on , have read that with other vendors such as Foundry it takes less than a minute to boot the os. We are seeing the same thing on our Sup 720's .
