Remove all of your cards/etc from the chassis, try rebooting. Does it work? If yes, reinsert one card at a time until you find what is causing the problem. If that doesn't work, try opening the chassis and reseating any loose modules such as CPU, memory, AIM modules, whatever.
If you open the chassis, reinsert all modules, remove all cards, and it still won't boot... contact TAC, you will probably have to RMA due to a hardware failure.
