User tracking catalyst 3750

hi,

Is there an issue why catalyst 3750 is not displayed in the user tracking table, even host connected to the device?

Im using IDU8.0 for the campus manager3.3, IOS version of WS-3750-48TS runs on 12.2(20)SE2 with k9 feature.

All other swithes on the network are registered in the UT.

Hoping for your inputs.

I had a TAC Case open on this a few weeks ago. Here is except of email messgage from TAC engineer:

We have a bug related to 3750.

CSCsa11805 -2970/3750 L2L3 mode is shown as Routed even for switchports

which is fixed in IDU9.0. The reason for 3550/3750 endhosts not being

discovered may be a side effect of this as both 3550 and 3750 ports can

act in either Routed or Switched mode. Can you upgrade RME to IDU9.0 and

then run Major UT discovery.

IDU 10 is available at this time.

Let me know if this solves you problem!

Still no luck as for the patch update has been done from IDU8 to IDU9.

Anymore input for this issue?

I think support for your model has been added in IDU 10.
