Based on the IP address, you should know the default gateway. There I would check the ARP cache to find out the MAC address. Then you would have to search through the switches forwarding tables to locate this MAC address.
Win2k PCs register with their DNS server via dynamic DNS. Don't know if Cisco devices support that. Don't think so.So, I guess you need some sort of network management software. If you have CW LMS, you might try to right a script to extract the data ...
