When I enable only https to access the the concentrator I can't get in. It seems like you need to have http and https enabled. We had 3.6.3 ver and now the 4 but still does not work. Any i ideas?
Thanks,

Hi Gilbert,
You should be able to access the concentrator with just https enabled. Do you get the Security Alert prompt or does it just give you a message that the page cannot be displayed?
If you have http and https enabled can you use Secure Http to access the Concentrator?
Thanks

I get a page cannot be displayed and I have to console in to the concentrator to enable http again.
No Even if both https and http are enabled I can only use http, I cannot use https I get the same page cannot be displayed.
Thanks,
gilbert

Make sure you've got a valid SSL certificate on the concentrator for the IP address that you are using. Without a valid certificate https will not work.
You can check the certificate in "Administration -> Certificate Management"
Generate a new SSL certificate and this will probably fix your issue.
