802.1q Tagging

I am trying to configure a 2900XL and a 3640 running 10-0-25. I have referenced the CCO to look for a solution but I am unable to configure the F/E on the 3640 to pass the tagged traffic to the individual switchports.

Does this sound familiar to anyone ??
