After SG350-10 factory reset, default password is not working.

I logged in the SG350-10 switch with the default id and password (cisco/cisco) and changed new id and password.

It had worked well but It didn't work well after I updated the firmware.

My new id and password didn't work and the default ones didn't work too.

So, I tried to factory-reset the switch but the default id and password doesn't work well.

Both cisco/cisco and admin/admin are not working.

Now, I can't log in the switch.

Please help me.

Are you attempting to log in using telnet/SH or using he console?

Is your password contains any special characters - I believe some users have same issue, you need to do factory reset to get access (you loose all the config if you do not have any backup)
